Our Story

Hi, I'm Raquel, the baker and founder behind Quel Cookies. My journey into baking began in 2014 when I made the bold decision to leave my corporate job and pursue my true passion. After two years of formal training, I graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts program at SAIT (Calgary, Alberta) in 2019. Since then, I've been honing my skills and gaining valuable experience as a professional pastry chef. While I've always loved baking, the dream of owning my own business has always been in the back of my mind. Now, I’m thrilled to take the leap and build Quel Cookies into something special. I can’t wait to see where this exciting new chapter will take me!
